To celebrate 20 years of culinary excellence in Asia by Caprice Executive Chef Guillaume Galliot at Four Seasons Hotel Hong Kong, Galliot will host a starry night dinner from 17 to 20 January 2024 with 26 celebrity chefs from around the world who will gather more than 30 Michelin stars.
Guest chefs will be working with the Caprice team, including Chef Suveg Kavatkar and Pastry Chef Yan Riedmuller, among others, to present the dining experience.
Galliot collaborates with six to eight chefs every night, combining exquisite culinary skills and unique culinary philosophies to create a tasting menu that surprises guests with a multi-national culinary culture. Galliot said: "I am very honored to have some of the best chefs from around the world gather at Caprice to witness an important milestone in my journey as a chef. They are all friends I have met in Asia over the past 20 years, and I hope to take this once-in-a-lifetime opportunity to share our passion for cooking, meet each other, inspire each other and make progress. ”
Galliot's journey in Asia began in Singapore, followed by Beijing, Macau, and in 2017, he joined Four Seasons Hotel Hong Kong, where he led the Caprice team into a new era. In 2019, the restaurant was awarded three stars in the Michelin Guide Hong Kong and Macau for the first time, and has been awarded for five consecutive years. Galliot specializes in traditional French cooking techniques and balances the flavours of a dish, bringing a visionary vision of French cuisine to Caprice, allowing French flavours to dance with the world.
