Cai Hongzhu's entrepreneurial journey is legendary.

In the autumn of 1951, Cai Hongzhu was born in a peasant family in Qinglong Village, Longquan Town, Yichang, Hubei Province. When he was young, Cai Hongzhu's family life was very embarrassing.
