From 1 January 2024
Civilian drones will be punished by the public security organs for flight activities without real-name registration!!
The Interim Regulations on the Administration of Unmanned Aircraft Flights, promulgated by the State Council and the Central Military Commission, will come into force on January 1, 2024
Article 47 of the "Interim Regulations on the Administration of Unmanned Aircraft Flights" stipulates that if a civil unmanned aircraft violates the provisions of these Regulations and carries out flight activities without real-name registration, the public security organ shall order it to make corrections and may impose a fine of not more than 200 yuan, and if the circumstances are serious, it shall be fined not less than 2,000 yuan but not more than 20,000 yuan.
According to the new regulations, owners of civil unmanned aerial vehicles, regardless of type and weight, should register their drones with their real names before flying
