Sumaloca Winery is one of the most iconic wineries in the Penedes region, and the origins of its family's winemaking can be traced back to the Imiana region. As a prominent family in catalonia, Spain, Soumarócca has been making wine since centuries ago.
Today, the Suma loka family has different industries in the Penedes region: a 400-hectare estate, a 35-hectare modern estate of the 19th century, a 17th-century paper mill, a 15th-century wine cellar and an 11th-century romantic chapel, an olive oil estate, an olive oil factory, a hotel, a restaurant, and also the oldest vineyards. With a total planted area of 403.8 hectares, the estate is the largest vineyard in the Penedes region.

The winery uses cutting-edge technology throughout the brewing process to guarantee the quality of the brewing. Red wines, as well as some sparkling wines, are fermented in French oak barrels under strict temperature control conditions. Sparkling wines need to be aged for at least 18 months to increase the richness of the wine and improve its quality. The winery uses only grapes from its own vineyards throughout the winemaking process to ensure optimum quality. The goal of the entire family is not to produce on a large scale, nor to compete with other large wineries, but to work tirelessly to obtain high-quality and unique products.

Soumarocca Winery has always been committed to producing high-quality cava sparkling wines.
With this belief, combined with reverence for the land and respect for women, Suma loka created Nuria Claverol, the most famous sparkling wine in her collection.
Nolia Collevelo is the name of the wife of the fourth-generation head, Carlos Sumaroka. The fifth generation of the Sumaloka family has three brothers: Carlos, Albert and Jodi. When they harvested the first batch of quality grapes from the new land, in gratitude for their mother's lifelong dedication to the family, the three brothers decided to make a series of sparkling wines named after their mother's name, Nolia Colevelo, as a gift to the mother and the land. The Nolia Collevelo series of sparkling wines is a wine made with love.
The bottle is shaped like an inverted champagne glass, and the design won the association's Best Packaging Design Award in 2006 after winning the award at Sumarroca and ADI-FAD in 2004. The bottle is engraved with the name of the old owner and his beloved wife Nolia, and the back label has the signature of Nolia's three beloved sons, which means: We all love you! In addition, this wine also has a special wine language: grateful to have you, do not do the best, and strive for greatness.
Since November 2016, Cihang Dunxi has signed the exclusive general distribution of Nolia Colevelo series of sparkling wines in China and the exclusive general distribution of Sumaloka's full line of products in China.
