Since September 28, in accordance with the requirements of epidemic prevention and control, the responsible persons of construction, construction and supervision units and project quality management personnel of nearly 100 construction project sites under the jurisdiction of the Economic Development Zone (Toutunhe District) have observed and learned from the experience of safe and quality production at the construction site of the Aidi DJI Center project in batches within three days.
The Aidi DJI Center Project, constructed by China Construction Xinjiang Construction Engineering International General Contracting Branch, has a construction area of more than 110,000 square meters and is a frame shear wall structure. The project adopts six new construction processes such as all-steel attached lifting scaffolding and aluminum alloy formwork, and at the same time optimizes the basement pipeline by using BIM technology, and realizes the high-precision construction of the best combination of two-dimensional layout and three-dimensional façade interspersed.
Wang Bin, chief engineer of the Aidi Dajiang Center project of China Construction Engineering International General Contracting Branch, said: "The new process of aluminum alloy formwork, the concrete wall is a form, the vertical flatness of the wall surface is controlled within plus or minus 2 mm, and the construction quality and progress are guaranteed."
Hou Liang, project manager of Xinjiang Suzhong Construction Engineering Co., Ltd., said: "This project implements quality control into every detail of the construction process, and only strict quality management can ensure the high-quality construction of the project.
