The main A-share index edged higher in the morning, with the Shanghai Composite Index closing up 0.50% in the morning.
In terms of industry sectors and tracks, the national defense and military industry sector led the gains, with the plate rising by more than 2% intraday, and emerging equipment and China Optics hit the intraday limit.
Non-ferrous metals, power equipment, coal, household appliances and other sectors were among the top gainers.
Media, comprehensive, computer and other sectors were among the top decliners.
In terms of the concept sector, after yesterday's sharp adjustment, the concept of PEEK material has rebounded again, and many concept stocks have risen sharply.
Huami New Materials rose by more than 20% in the morning, Fuheng New Materials rose by 22.30%, and Xinhan New Materials rose by 12.99%. Zhongxin fluorine materials rose 10.03% in the morning.
Many of the above-mentioned concept stocks have also recently issued announcements to remind of related risks.

Behind the sharp rise in shipping concept stocks is the recent continuous rise in European freight rates and related futures prices.
For example, on December 22, the main contract of container transportation index (European line) futures hit the daily limit, an increase of about 15%, and a cumulative increase of more than 50% for five consecutive trading days. Since the start of last month's low, the cumulative increase has been close to 100%.

Relevant information shows that the Shanghai Export Container Settlement Freight Index (SCFIS) represents the direction and degree of change in the settlement freight rate of Shanghai export container spot shipping market, reflecting the average settlement freight rate after the ship is opened.
The new stock Hongsheng Huayuan soared nearly 500% intraday

According to the prospectus, Hongsheng Huayuan is mainly engaged in the research and development, production and sales of transmission line towers, and its main products are a full range of voltage levels of transmission line towers, including angle steel towers, steel pipe towers, steel pipe poles, and substation structure supports. In addition, the company also produces a small number of steel structure products such as communication towers and steel components for construction machinery.
