The surveillance video shows that the physician Feng Moumou used his right hand fist to beat the head of the patient Qin Moumou during the operation. After learning from the patient's family, the postoperative patient Qin Moumou had bruises on his forehead, and went to other hospitals for examination, and the results were not abnormal. Physician Feng Moumou has apologized to patient Qin Moumou in person and obtained understanding. Because the two parties have reached a settlement, the hospital did not report the incident.
At present, the Guigang Municipal Health Commission has ordered Guigang Aier Eye Hospital to suspend Feng Moumou's position as business director and continue to be investigated.

The patient could not understand Mandarin, and repeated reminders were ineffective, so the doctor treated the patient roughly in an emergency in order to avoid danger. The next day, the hospital received a report from the patient that the surgeon was rude during the operation and asked for an explanation. The hospital immediately conducted an investigation and explained and apologized to the patient and his family, which was forgiven by the patient's family. After the video was exposed, the surgeon once again sincerely apologized to the patient through the media.

The investigation team believes that doctors are benevolent and should never treat patients harshly for any reason.
