Guo Yufeng and his wife Yan Jingming

Guo Yufeng (1919-2000), a native of Haixing County, Hebei Province, was a founding colonel (promoted to major general in 1964).

He joined the Eighth Route Army in 1938 and joined the Communist Party of China in the same year. He successively served as a company instructor and deputy instructor of the 2nd Regiment of the 3rd Military Subdistrict of the Jin-Cha-Ji Military Region of the Eighth Route Army, the chief of the Organization Section of the Political Department of the Military Sub-district, the director of the Political Office of the 7th Regiment of the 3rd Detachment of the Ji-Cha-Ji Military Region, the deputy political commissar of the 28th Regiment of the 10th Brigade of the Ji-Cha-Ji Column of the Jin-Cha-Ji Military Region, the political commissar of the 29th Regiment of the 10th Brigade of the 4th Column of the North China Military Region, and the political commissar of the Artillery Regiment of the 64th Army of the People's Liberation Army.

After the founding of New China, he successively served as director and deputy political commissar of the Political Department of the 191st Division of the 64th Army of the People's Liberation Army, deputy director of the Cadre Management Department of the 64th Army of the Volunteer Army (1951), political commissar of the 191st Division, deputy director of the Political Department of the 64th Army of the People's Liberation Army (1957), director (1958), deputy political commissar and director of the Political Department (1960), cadet of the Beijing Higher Military Academy, political commissar of the 64th Army (1964-1966), head of the business group of the Organization Department of the Central Committee (1966-1973), Director of the Organization Department of the Central Committee (1973-1977).

Huang Ping (1917-2002), a native of Dayu County, Jiangxi Province, was a founding colonel (promoted to major general in 1964).

He joined the Red Army in 1930 and the Communist Party of China in 1936. He served as a cadet of the Red Army Radio Training Corps, a radio operator of the Red 12th Army, a radio operator of the Central Military Commission, a radio operator of the 4th Army of the Red Fourth Front, a radio operator of the 32nd Army of the Red Second Front, a radio director of the Headquarters of the Red Army Aiding the West (Chief of Staff Li Da), a radio director of the 129th Division of the Eighth Route Army, a radio director of the Shandong Column of the Eighth Route Army, a chief of the Communications Section of the Shandong Branch of the CPC Central Committee, a chief of the Communications Section of the Headquarters of the Jiaodong Military Region, and a deputy director of the Communications Sub-Bureau of the Eastern Front Corps of the East China Field Army. Huang Rong, second deputy director of the Telecommunications Administration Bureau of the East China Military Region (Huang Rong, first deputy director), deputy director of the Telecommunications Department of the Shanghai Military Control Commission and deputy director of the East China Telecommunications Administration (Director Cao Danhui).

After the founding of New China, he successively served as director of the Nanjing Municipal Telecommunications Administration, director of the Jiangsu Provincial Post and Telecommunications Administration, deputy director of the Engineering Bureau of the Ministry of Posts and Telecommunications, director of the Engineering Construction Division of the Communications Department of the Central Military Commission, deputy chief of staff of the PLA Signal Corps Command (1957-1960), director of the Signal Corps of the Shenyang Military Region, president of the PLA Signal Corps Academy, and deputy director of the Signal Corps Department of the Central Military Commission (1969-1975).

Major General Tang Chi and his wife Lieutenant Colonel Feng Su

Tang Chi (1909-1996), a native of Liuyang County, Hunan Province, was a founding major general.

He joined the Red Army in 1930 and joined the Communist Party of China in the same year. He successively served as the accountant of the Quartermaster Department of the Liuyang County Guard Regiment of the Red Army, the chief of the Accounting Section and the deputy director of the Manager Department of the Manager Office of the Xiang'egan Independent Division of the Red Army, the supply director of the 52nd Regiment of the 18th Division of the Red 6th Army, the director of the Supply Department of the Xiang'echuanqian Military Region and the chief of the Quartermaster Section of the Military Region; he participated in the anti-"encirclement and suppression" in the Xiang'egan and Xiang'echuanqian base areas and the Long March of the Red 2nd and 6th Armies.

During the National War of Resistance Against Japanese Aggression, he successively served as the director of the supply of the Eighth Route Army's left-behind corps, the chief of the manager section of the Eighth Route Army's office in Xi'an, and the director of the supply department of the Yan'an Anti-Japanese Military and Political University.

After the victory of the War of Resistance Against Japanese Aggression, he went to the northeast and successively served as the director of the Supply Department of the Jireliao Military Region, the director of the Finance Department of the Military Industry Department of the Northeast Military Region, and the deputy director of the Logistics Department of the 12th Corps of the Fourth Field Army (Minister Huang Caolong).

After the founding of New China, he successively served as deputy director of the Logistics Department of the Hunan Military Region and director of the Logistics Department of the Hunan Provincial Military Region.

Liu Han and Ning Jian

Liu Han (1916-2008), a native of Wendeng County, Shandong Province, was a founding colonel (promoted to major general in 1964).

In 1936, he joined the Chinese National Liberation Vanguard while studying at Jinan Normal School, and in 1937, he returned to his hometown to teach and served as the principal of the primary school.

He joined the Eighth Route Army in 1938 and joined the Communist Party of China in the same year. He successively served as chief of the Propaganda Section of the Political Department of the 3rd Army of the Shandong People's Anti-Japanese Salvation Army, vice president of the Military and Political Cadre School of the 5th Detachment of the Shandong Column of the Eighth Route Army (President Lin Yishan), president of the Jiaodong Branch of the 1st Branch of the Anti-Japanese Military and Political University (political commissar Liao Haiguang), chief of the Propaganda Section of the Political Department of the 5th Brigade of the Shandong Column (Director Zhang Duo), political commissar of the 9th Regiment of the 3rd Brigade of the Eighth Route Army (He Guangyu, regimental commander), chief of the Propaganda Section of the Political Department of the Jiaodong Military Region (Director Peng Jiaqing), chief of the Propaganda Section of the Political Department of the Shandong Military Region (Director Chen Yi).
