Snow Palace Smart Community Comprehensive Service Center is a model project of people's livelihood with an investment of nearly 4 million yuan in Linzi District, which adopts the market-oriented way of state-owned enterprises to undertake government livelihood projects, and has been built into a replicable and promotable people's livelihood template project this year.
"Our center was undertaken by Shandong Health Medical Care Group and was built in the '3510' model, highlighting the characteristics of wisdom. At present, the center has equipped more than 500 "Xiaobaitong" smart terminals for the elderly who live alone and are disabled and severely disabled in the community, which can provide meals, baths, cleaning, medical assistance, emergency assistance, walking assistance, door-to-door care and emergency rescue services. "Since the completion and operation of this comprehensive service center, the community smart pension platform has handled more than 3,300 orders of pension needs, which is very popular with the elderly. Duan Pingping said that one station radiates one street, and this livelihood project provides a feasible solution to solve the problem of community home-based elderly care operation.
Nowadays, in Linzi District, with this comprehensive service center as a model, many streets have begun to prepare for the construction of comprehensive service centers, and more communities have also opened the "smart elderly" model.
