From August 18 to 20, 2022, the Jiangxi Provincial High People's Court conducted the second instance of the case.
On November 30, 2022, the Jiangxi Provincial High People's Court publicly pronounced the second-instance verdict in this case, ruling to reject the appeal and uphold the original judgment.
On January 7, 2023, the Jiangxi Provincial High People's Court disclosed the progress of the case, which is being submitted to the Supreme People's Court for approval.
On December 18, 2023, the criminal Lao Rongzhi was executed.
Over a period of four years, the case went through the first instance of the Nanchang Intermediate People's Court, the second trial of the Jiangxi Provincial High Court, and then the approval of the Supreme People's Court.
To sum up, the possibility of Lao Rongzhi overturning the case is zero, but why does Lao Shengqiao know that there is no ending, but why do he still toss it?
Could it be that he has any major evidence in his hands, and the reversal of the case is to obtain a huge amount of state compensation?
