This set of lamps is the lamp and the power supply separated, find a good power supply, test the bad lamp; there are a lot of power supplies left, but most of them are high-voltage capacitor bulging, screen out the burned out, replace the capacitor bulging, there are still a lot left, and 'this one was used at the time of failure, take it out to see the workmanship, by the way to see if it can be simply repaired.

The diffuser of this ceiling lamp had to be broken to reach the inner panel
The naked eye visually detected a black lamp bead, the multimeter hit the diode gear, measured both ends, and the interchange meter pen still did not light up, indicating damage
Temporarily powered on the test, it was found that each lamp bead flashed slightly
Then deal with the lamp bead that is judged to be damaged by the naked eye, and after the short connection, it is found that it is bright, but it is not too bright, indicating that there are other problems
After a careful inspection, it turned out that there was a lamp bead that was damaged, indicating that I couldn't detect it with the naked eye and missed it
Use the same method to short connect the lamp beads, and turn on the lamp tray again, indicating that the repair is successful
I used it happily again.
However, when the problem arises, some people should say that if the two lamp beads are shorted, then the current borne by the two lamp beads needs to be distributed to other lamp beads to light up, which will affect the lifespan. I can only say that there is no need to be afraid, first, the life of the lamp plate is up, and the shorting of the two lamp beads just allows the other lamp beads to exert residual heat. Second, the key point is that most of the power supply has the function of automatic adjustment, such as one more and less one, the voltage and current it bears are fixed, unless there is too much damage to the lamp beads, or there are 2-3 lamp beads in parallel This method is not applicable. Therefore, this repair method is suitable for most LED lights.
