It seems that launching spin-off episodes for spin-off episodes will become the new trend. Netflix, a well-known streaming agent, recently announced that the second season of Wednesday, a spin-off of The Addams Family, will begin filming in Ireland in late April 2024.
And that's not all there is to the "Addams Universe", Uncle Feist, who appeared on Wednesday, seems to have contributed a lot to the highest-rated series of Netflix's premiere week.
That's why Netflix is considering partnering with actor Fred Armison (played by Fest<星期三>) to launch a Wednesday spin-off, Uncle Fest.
However, it is not yet certain whether the show will be officially finalized, but Netflix and Amazon, which own the rights to "The Addams Family", seem to be eager to expand the future of the "Addams Universe".
In addition, Netflix has revealed two gangster spin-offs, one of which will focus on Boston in the mid-20th century, so set decades after the show's timeline. The other tells the story of Polly, the most important female character of the "Razor", played by the late British actress Helen McCrory.
