But now, our standard of living has improved, our medical conditions have also improved, and in obstetrics and gynecology, we can actually see a lot of male doctors or male midwives.
There are many large hospitals that lower their requirements when recruiting male midwives and male nurses, because they feel that men will be more energetic, for example, staying up late can be more bearable. There is also the fact that men have more strength, especially when the mother gives birth naturally, if you can't give birth, you may have to help push it a little. In the case of surgery, the male surgeon will be able to stand longer, his hand will be more stable, and his reaction will be faster.
Based on the above reasons, we can now see a lot of male doctors in obstetrics and gynecology, but women have been relatively conservative and reserved for a long time, without special circumstances, and are unwilling to have too much contact with men, so many mothers can feel the embarrassment of being involuntary when giving birth.
