In order to respond to the people's new expectations and requirements for the enforcement work of the Fenyang Municipal People's Court in the new era, and at the same time to urge persons subject to enforcement to conscientiously perform the obligations set forth in effective legal documents, and to advance the establishment of a social credit system, on the basis of article 262 of the "Civil Procedure Law of the People's Republic of China" and the "Several Provisions of the Supreme People's Court on the Publication of Information on the List of Judgment Defaulters" Article 7 stipulates that as of December 18, 2023, the following 12 judgment defaulters have failed to perform the obligations set forth in the effective legal documents, and are hereby publicly exposed.
