The "Promoting Lingnan Culture and Inheriting the Essence of Cantonese Opera" is a cultural tourism experience activity specially created by Guangzhou Library for the visually impaired, and it is also the first time that an oral documentary has been "brought out" of the map and "brought into" the community. At the same time, Ge Ruijuan, a national second-class actor from the Red Line Girl Art Center, was invited to explain the types and symbolic meanings of wearing "helmets" and share professional knowledge of Cantonese opera, so as to make Cantonese opera culture closer to the lives of the masses.

"The 'generation of Tianjiao' has wide sleeves, and the 'red cavity' lingers forever. 'Southern Red Beans' is given by the Prime Minister, and the Cantonese rhyme is carried forward and tweeted. As a loyal fan of Guangzhou Library, she actively signed up to participate in every oral documentary event held by Guangtu, "I am very happy to have the opportunity to go to the Red Line Girl Art Center to 'chase stars', and they show all the details that we can't see." She laughs.

Since the oral documentary "Rebirth" to celebrate the 100th anniversary of the founding of the Communist Party of China in 2021, the Guangzhou Library has successively carried out oral documentary activities such as "The Fragrance of Cantonese Rhyme" and "The Forbidden City 100", and attracted tens of thousands of readers to participate. The event also attracted the active participation of 5 visually impaired readers from Shunde, Foshan, contributing to the promotion of national reading and the promotion of local traditional culture.
