The story began on November 15, when I submitted my resignation and bid farewell to my position as an independent director on the company's board of directors. The reason is simple: I work for three companies, which is a clear violation of the "Measures for the Administration of Independent Directors of Listed Companies".
Therefore, I chose to leave Sinosun Materials, ending my role as an independent director on the board of directors for eight terms here, as well as other positions.
This decision has had some impact on the company, and the announcement shows that my resignation has resulted in less than one-third of the company's total number of independent directors. This is no small matter, but in accordance with the regulations and the Articles of Association, I will continue to perform my duties until a new independent director is elected. Perhaps, this is my last dedication to this family.

Its predecessor was Taiyuan Chemical Co., Ltd., which was established on February 26, 1999 and listed on the Shanghai Stock Exchange on November 9, 2000. The total share capital reached 514 million shares, and Taihua Group accounted for 43.48% of the company's total share capital.
The company's business covers a variety of fields, including Shanxi Huayang Biodegradable New Materials Co., Ltd., Taiyuan Huashengfeng Precious Metals Co., Ltd., Taiyuan Taihua Energy Technology Co., Ltd., and a sales branch. The main business includes the production, sales and technical services of PBAT and modified products, precious metal catalytic networks, as well as resale of electricity management, charging piles and other businesses.
In the industry, the company occupies an important position, and the total share capital and the proportion of shares held by Taihua Group are leading in the industry. However, now that I am no longer a member of this stage.
