2. Pour oil into the pot and heat it, add the pork ribs, put ginger slices, star anise and stir-fry until the pork ribs are slightly charred, then add a spoonful of dark soy sauce, two spoons of light soy sauce, a spoonful of cooking wine, a spoonful of soybean paste, and stir-fry evenly

3. Pour in the pot of boiling water that has not been covered with ingredients, turn to medium-low heat and simmer for 15 minutes, add beans and potatoes and continue to simmer for about 15 minutes

4. Then put in the noodles soaked in advance, turn on high heat and cook until the soup is juiced

4. Before removing from the pot, pour in half a bowl of starch water and cook until the soup is thick, then sprinkle with chopped green onions
