It is understood that the competition was sponsored by the Maiji District Language and Writing Committee and the District Education Bureau, and co-organized by Xinhua Bookstore and Tianrun School in Maiji District. The theme of the competition is "Writing Standard Chinese Characters, Inheriting Chinese Civilization", which aims to allow students to learn Xi knowledge and appreciate the beauty of Chinese characters in the competition, improve students' Chinese character writing ability, and promote the construction of a scholarly campus.
After the preliminary and preliminary rounds of the competition, a total of 90 players from 15 primary schools and 15 junior high school teams participated in the finals. After fierce competition, in the end, Qiaonan Primary School and Tianrun School won the first prize of the primary school group and the first prize of the junior high school group respectively, and Liu Yitao of Daonan Primary School and Dong Yutong of the No. 7 Middle School won the first prize of the primary school group and the first prize of the junior high school group respectively. Tianrun School, Longyuan Primary School, Wulong Central School, Ganquan Middle School, and Panjizhai School won the Outstanding Organization Award. After the competition, the students and teachers also brought wonderful recitation performances, and awarded prizes and honorary certificates to the winners.
