On the basis of the "Civil Procedure Law of the People's Republic of China" and the "Supreme People's Court's Several Provisions on the Publication of Information on the List of Judgment Defaulters", so as to preserve the seriousness of effective legal documents, to truly protect the lawful rights and interests of applicants for enforcement, to further increase the force of enforcement efforts, to advance the establishment of a social creditworthiness system, and to create a positive atmosphere for the entire society to punish untrustworthiness and promote creditworthiness Our court focuses on exposing judgment defaulters who refuse to perform their statutory obligations, and urges all judgment debtors to conscientiously perform the obligations set forth in the effective legal documents, and orders them to immediately perform their obligations to the enforcement court. Persons subject to enforcement who are suspected of refusing to carry out court judgments or rulings will be seriously investigated for criminal responsibility in accordance with the provisions of the Criminal Law of the People's Republic of China. The broad masses of the people and all sectors of society are welcome to actively supervise, jointly create a positive environment for creditworthy law enforcement, forcefully promote the establishment of the legal system, and strive to preserve the authority of the judiciary.
Where judgment defaulters meet any of the following circumstances, the people's courts are to delete the relevant information from the judgment defaulters list:
(1) They have fully performed the obligations set forth in effective legal documents;
(2) An enforcement settlement agreement is reached with the person applying for enforcement, and the person applying for enforcement confirms that performance has been completed;
(3) The people's court rules to terminate enforcement in accordance with law.
