According to the current leaks, Huawei has a chance to release the P70 series in the first half of next year.

Analyst Ming-Chi Kuo previously broke the news that the P70 series will be equipped with a periscope telephoto lens.

The standard version of the P70 telephoto features a 5P lens with a 1/3.6-inch sensor.

The telephoto of the P70 Pro and P70 Art uses a 6P lens with a 1/2.5-inch sensor.

In addition, the P70 Art will also feature a 1-inch extra-large sole, which is predicted to be the Sony IMX989.

That is, the same 1-inch that is currently used in the top configuration of mainstream Android images.

Coupled with the 1G6P glass-plastic lens, the optical imaging capability is greatly improved.

But there is also news that Ha, the 1-inch outsole that Huawei wants to use is not the current mainstream IMX989.

Rather, it is a domestic OmniVision sensor.

It is reported that OmniVision will launch the OV50K sensor, which is directly rigid IMX989 in size and also has a 1-inch outsole.

The largest domestic sensor will be debuted by the Honor Magic 6 series.

It is also possible that the Huawei P70 series will be equipped with this outsole in the future.

Of course, Huawei may find Haowei to jointly customize the sensor.

Similar to the light and shadow hunter series sensors used in Xiaomi 14 and Redmi K70, they also follow this route.
