If there is no $7 billion AI chip market, and China does not account for one-fifth of Nvidia's sales, Nvidia will not be in a dilemma.
In other words, times have changed, and the former American companies have relied on their own monopoly on technology and put on a posture of superiority. Now? It's not that they don't want to sell freely, but they can't sell freely.
