Land involved in the case: The land and above-ground buildings west of the fence on the west side of the school, east of the Shawan Qiaotou River, and south of the Guangshan Highway to the Xiaohe River (excluding the part of the Yuntong gas station that has been returned, but including the three-story house at No. 2, the self-compiled No. 2 of the Overseas Chinese Section of Guangshan Road, Lianhe Street, Huangpu District, Guangzhou City, a total of about 17 acres before the exclusion) should be returned to the school within the time limit.
In 2023, the court rejected the appeal in the second instance, and the basic maintenance upheld the judgment of the first instance, ending with the resumption of the land by 117 Middle School.
