In order to implement the spirit of the document "Implementation Opinions on Comprehensively Deepening the Reform of the Construction and Reform of the Teacher Team in the New Era", implement the strong teacher plan of "morality first, backbone leading, and full staff promotion", cultivate a backbone teacher team and excellent teacher group with noble morality, excellent business, reasonable structure and vitality for Zhidan County, and achieve a breakthrough in the number and quality improvement of provincial and municipal backbone teachers in the county, on November 25, Shaanxi Province "Primary and Secondary School Urban and Rural Teacher Learning Community - Famous Teachers Leading Action" The Zhidan County project was officially launched in Hongxing Primary School in Zhidan County. Wang Binwu, Director of the Teacher Work Division of the Shaanxi Provincial Department of Education, Li Tiesheng, Dean of the Teacher Cadre Training College of Shaanxi Normal University, and relevant leaders of Yan'an Education Bureau and Zhidan County attended the launching ceremony, and 26 famous teachers of basic education in the province were invited to participate. More than 480 principals of primary and secondary schools and kindergartens in Zhidan County, "seed" teachers and "shadow teachers" participated in the event. The launching ceremony was presided over by Wu Haiming, deputy secretary of the Party Committee of Yan'an Education Bureau.
At the launching ceremony, Qi Ning, member of the Standing Committee of the Zhidan County Party Committee and Secretary of the Political and Legal Committee, delivered a welcome speech. Li Tiesheng, Dean of the Teacher Cadre Training College of Shaanxi Normal University, gave a comprehensive interpretation of the project implementation plan. Bai Wanjie, Secretary of the Party Committee and Director of the Zhidan County Education, Science and Sports Bureau, representatives of seed teachers, principals of base schools, and representatives of provincial famous teachers made speeches respectively. Director Wang Binwu and Dean Li Tieyuan issued appointment certificates to the famous teachers. Expert teachers An Ying, Zhou Quanzhong, and Li Qiuju made special reports respectively.
Wang Binwu emphasized that it is necessary to understand the significance of the project from the perspective of realizing the grand goal of building a strong country in education, and to attach importance to the construction of the county and district teacher team from the aspects of understanding, action, policy and measures. It is necessary to clarify the objectives and tasks of the project, and rely on the project to change the growth mode of teachers in counties and districts, the education ecology of counties and districts, and the development pattern of urban and rural education. To work together to ensure the smooth implementation of the project, the team of famous teachers should sincerely establish a community relationship with the seed teachers; Shaanxi Normal University should strengthen the management of activities to help teachers grow as soon as possible; Zhidan County should strive to create conditions for the development of various activities and promote the scientific and effective development of "urban and rural teachers' learning community - famous teachers leading action".
On November 25th, the team of famous teachers went to Zhidan County Senior High School, Zhidan County Baoan Middle School, Zhidan County Hongxing Primary School, and Zhidan County Fifth Kindergarten to carry out the activities of famous teachers teaching, classroom diagnosis, and lesson evaluation.
On November 26, the team of famous teachers carried out collective teaching and research activities in each base school. During the activity, expert teachers made accurate comments on each activity, affirmed the highlights of the activity, gave feasible suggestions on the shortcomings of the activity, and led the teachers to improve together with professional interpretation.
The project is sponsored by the Shaanxi Provincial Department of Education, co-organized by the Yan'an Municipal Education Bureau, and undertaken by the Teacher Cadre Training College of Shaanxi Normal University and the Zhidan County Education, Science and Technology and Sports Bureau. The project gives full play to the radiation and driving role of provincial "famous principals + famous teachers" high-quality educational resources, and builds a growth platform for the improvement of the education and teaching ability of 60 "seed teachers" and 180 "shadow teachers" in Zhidan County, which will surely inject strong momentum into the high-quality development of Zhidan education.
