The registered capital of the enterprise is 50 million yuan, and the paid-in capital is 13 million yuan.
The major shareholder of the company is Wu Xiubo, who holds about 99% of the shares.
According to public information, Wu Xiubo, born in Beijing on September 5, 1968, is an actor in Chinese mainland. Graduated from the Performance Department of the Central Academy of Drama.
