According to the report, recently, a video of a "dispute between a car owner and a construction worker" spread on the Internet, arousing the attention of netizens. After the incident, the Municipal Urban Management Bureau, the Municipal Public Security Bureau and other relevant departments immediately carried out verification and disposal. After investigation, Ye (female, 38 years old, from Zhangping), the owner of the Fujian F7***S car, was driving through the north section of Jingcheng Street, Zhangping City, and Chen, a worker who was undergoing road maintenance operations, had a dispute over traffic problems. During this period, Ye and his mother Ye Moumou (female, 59 years old, from Zhangping) pushed and abused Chen, and their behavior violated the provisions of the "Public Security Administration Punishment Law of the People's Republic of China", and the public security organs have dealt with it in accordance with the law. Ye and Ye expressed a deep understanding of their mistake, and made a sincere apology to the party Chen, and obtained his understanding.

In response to netizens' questions about "placing a police hat on the passenger seat", after investigation, it was the "little angel" car decorative ornament purchased by Ye. Ye was not a staff member of the public security organ or his relatives, and there was no public security organ staff in the car.
