Alexander made both free throws to equalize. Thompson missed a three-pointer and the Thunder had 24 seconds left on offense. Curry broke through and missed the high toss. Holmgren went down to catch the ball and hit the basket as well. Curry missed a driving layup, Looney grabbed an offensive rebound, and Wiggins hit a crucial three-pointer with 1.6 seconds left, but Holmgren hit a buzzer-beating three-pointer to send the game into overtime.
In overtime, Thompson missed back-to-back shots, and Alexander made a fast-break layup. Paul responded with a three-pointer from the bottom corner. After that, Alexander hit two mid-range shots, and the Thunder led 124-120 in the final 104 seconds. Curry hit a three-pointer at the top of the arc, but Alexander singled out Wiggins for a mid-range shot, and then he blocked Curry and scored a fast-break layup to give the Thunder a 128-123 lead in the final minute. Wiggins and Thompson hit three-pointers, and the Warriors lost.
