Before the drill, our school held a fire evacuation drill deployment meeting for all teachers, Principal Wang carefully planned and deployed the drill, clarified the drill steps and evacuation routes, and the class teachers carried out fire safety theme education such as "how to learn to prevent fire" and "how to save and escape from the fire" to the students before the drill.
At 15 o'clock in the afternoon, with the sound of the fire alarm, the class teachers and the teachers on each floor quickly arrived at the designated place, calmly and calmly instructed the students to cover their mouths and noses with wet towels or clothes, lower their bodies as much as possible, and evacuate the teaching building from the safe evacuation channel. All teachers and students were evacuated safely in accordance with the fire escape route in an orderly and rapid manner, and evacuated to the campus safely, quickly and orderly within the specified time. Afterwards, the two teachers demonstrated to the students how to properly use the fire extinguisher.
The fire evacuation drill was rich in content and practical. Through this exercise, the students learned how to use fire extinguishers correctly and how to avoid danger in an emergency when a fire comes, which has accumulated valuable experience for teachers and students on how to take effective measures in time in the face of disasters in the future, and has also laid a solid foundation for creating a "safe campus".
