Crayon Shin-chan: A New Dimension! Super Power Armageddon is an animated film directed by Ren Ogone, voiced by Yumiko Kobayashi, Miki Narahashi, Tomoyuki Morikawa, Satomi Kozaka, etc., and guest voice actors such as Matsuzaka Momori and Akari Onitou, will be released in Japan on August 4, 2023 and in Chinese mainland on November 25. The film is the 31st installment of the Crayon Shin-chan theatrical series, and the first work in the series to use 3DCG, the film is based on the side story "Shinnosuke Himawari's Superpowered Brother and Sister" included in the original volume 26 of Usui Yoshito's manga "Crayon Shin-chan", depicting the story of Shinnosuke who becomes a superpower from the light flying from the universe.

The second part is the duel between Shinnosuke and Mitsuru Iriya. Using his superpowers, he created a giant monster to destroy Kasukabe City. Shinnosuke's parents and teachers were swallowed by the monster, and only Shinnosuke and his friends escaped. They meet a professor named Kaoru Ikebukuro, an expert in superpowers, who tells Shinnosuke that only he can stop Mitsuru Iriya's evil plans. Shinnosuke decides to bravely face Iriyamitsu, and together with his friends, he uses hand-rolled sushi as a weapon and engages in a fierce battle with the monster. In the end, Shinnosuke uses his ass to shine with a powerful light, defeats Iriya Mitsuru and the monster, saves the world, and also saves his parents and teachers.
