Comparative study on the seismic performance reinforcement scheme of reinforced concrete wide beam-column
In this paper, ANSYS software was used to numerically analyze the seismic performance of reinforced concrete wide beams. The effects of different reinforcement ratios (tensile reinforcement, stirrups, compressive reinforcement and longitudinal reinforcement) on the seismic performance of wide beams were compared. The results show that the seismic performance of reinforced concrete wide beams mainly depends on their reinforcement ratio, and the stirrup reinforcement ratio is the main factor affecting their seismic performance. Increasing the stirrup reinforcement ratio can enhance the ductility of the structure, so that the structure has a higher energy dissipation capacity and super strength coefficient. The reinforcement ratio of the longitudinal reinforcement mainly affects the stiffness of the structure and the failure mode under seismic load. Finally, the design proposal of the wide beam is proposed.
