SAIC Motor sold 491,000 vehicles in October, a record high for the year

IT Home reported on November 6 that according to the official news of SAIC, the group's vehicle sales reached 491,000 in October, a new high this year.

In October, SAIC Motor sold 104,000 new energy vehicles, achieving a year-on-year increase, ranking second among Chinese automakers. SAIC Motor sold 111,000 units in overseas markets in October, up 32.3% y/y.

SAIC said that the Roewe D7 DMH will be launched on November 8, equipped with the "strongest hybrid" DMH super hybrid system, the industry's first "hybrid control brain" PICU, saving 70% of redundant components, increasing the system computing speed by 50%, and the power response in just 0.26 seconds.

It is said that Wuling Binguo's sales exceeded 26,000 units in October and is sprinting to the top position in the segment.

In terms of joint venture brands, SAIC Volkswagen sold 16,000 new energy vehicles in October, a year-on-year increase of 136%. SAIC-GM sold more than 10,000 new energy vehicles, up 90.7% year-on-year.

In the first 10 months of this year, SAIC MG brand sold a total of 200,000 units (of which 50% were new energy vehicles), a year-on-year increase of more than 130%, which has exceeded that of last year.

AVATR 11 delivered 3,888 vehicles in October: a month-on-month increase of 26.11% and a record high.

The smart brand delivered a total of 45,873 vehicles in China, with 3,007 units delivered in October.

Wuling Binguo Automobile sold 26,007 units in October, with a cumulative total of more than 150,000 units.

Kia Motors sold 257,700 units globally in October, up 7.7% year-on-year

Xpeng delivered a total of 20,002 new vehicles in October, setting a new record for single-month deliveries.

AITO Wenjie Automobile announced that it will deliver 12,700 new cars in October 2023, including 10,547 new vehicles for the new M7, and the monthly delivery of a single model exceeded 10,000, a record high, and the total number of Wenjie models reached 57,829 in October.

Sailis Auto sold 14,506 units in October, a year-on-year increase of 20.41%.

In October, the number of new high-volume vehicles exceeded 2,100, an increase of 40% month-on-month, and the total number of HiPhi Y vehicles delivered was 1,606 units.

ZEEKR delivered 13,077 vehicles in October, a record high for deliveries and Dading.

Ideal delivered 40,422 new cars in October, a year-on-year increase of 302.1%, breaking the 40,000 mark for the first time.

BAIC Blue Valley sold 7,014 units in October, and the cumulative sales volume this year was 61,767 units, a year-on-year increase of 80.27%. Among them, Jihu Motors sold 3,107 units in October.

Skyworth Auto delivered a total of 3,545 vehicles in October 2023 and exported 1,726 units overseas, with positive year-on-year growth for seven consecutive months, and achieved monthly sales of more than 3,500 units in August, September, and October.

NIO delivered 16,074 vehicles in October, up 59.8% year-on-year and 2.8% month-on-month.

Great Wall sold 30,461 new energy vehicles in October, a year-on-year increase of 178.08%, and the cumulative sales from January to October exceeded 200,000 units.

GAC Aion sold 41,503 units in October, up 38% year-on-year.

Geely Group's new vehicle sales reached 180,700 units in October, up 19% year-on-year.

BYD sold 301833 new energy vehicles in October, up 71.41% year-on-year.
