Liu Yong, Chief of Production Technology Section of Yingkou Turbine Equipment Co., Ltd. of Shenyang Drum Group: The new generation of unit adopts axial flow + centrifugal coaxial structure, which is upgraded from the first generation of 8-stage axial flow + 2-stage centrifugal structure to 6-stage axial flow + 1-stage centrifugal structure, the size of the unit is reduced by 25%, the weight is reduced by 30%, the manufacturing cycle is shortened by 20%, the single-stage pressure ratio of the axial flow section is increased by 11%, and the oxygen can be produced by 110,000 cubic meters per hour.
It is understood that China's first 100,000-grade air separation compressor developed by the Shenyang Drum Group passed the acceptance, marking that China has become the second country in the world that can design and manufacture compressors for ultra-large air separation units, and the Shenyang Drum Group has become the third enterprise in the world that can produce such products after Siemens and Man Turbine.
As the compressor production and test base with the strongest processing capacity, the highest test level, the most complete test means and the largest lifting capacity in China.
