This revision has made a series of adjustments to the management of driver's licenses, which is not only a simple change in regulations, but also a comprehensive optimization of the entire driver's license management system. 1. Cancel the internship period
Under the old rules, when drivers added drivers, they were required to go through a probationary period. The purpose of this probationary period is to allow drivers to have an adaptation period after obtaining a new driver's license category, and to ensure that they have sufficient knowledge and familiarity with the new driving category before hitting the road. However, in practice, this regulation has been resented by many drivers. They believe that the probationary period after the addition of a driver restricts their driving freedom and increases the difficulty and pressure of driving.

2. Ease of resuming driving qualifications across provinces
Under the previous regulations, if a driver's license was revoked or needed to be reinstated, they often had to go back to the place where they were originally issued for it. This provision undoubtedly adds a lot of trouble to those who work or live in the field. In order to restore their driving qualifications, they had to make a special trip to the original place where they had obtained their permits, which wasted time and increased economic costs.
To address this issue, the new rules allow drivers to reinstate their driving qualifications at their current place of residence. This means that no matter where you are in the country, you can directly take the subject 1 test and reinstate your driving qualifications. This change is greatly convenient for the majority of drivers, and it is also a reasonable amendment to the previous regulations.
3. Incentives in exchange for a permanent driver's license
In the old regulations, a driver's license was valid for 6 years. Every 6 years, drivers need to renew their licenses, which undoubtedly increases the burden on drivers. The new regulations provide an incentive for those with good driving discipline. As long as they do not have 12 points per demerit period within the validity period of their driver's license, they can renew their driver's license with a longer validity period, or even a permanent driving license.
2. Demerit Points Adjustment for C1 Driver's License:
Holders of a C1 licence would have been subject to a one-time deduction of 12 points when driving a vehicle that does not conform to their permitted driving type. This regulation is considered too strict and puts a lot of pressure on motorists. The new regulations have adjusted this article, and only 9 points will be deducted if you do not comply with the driving permit, which undoubtedly relieves some pressure for the majority of drivers.
