On November 1, the 20-day "Double 11" online shopping peak railway express service was officially launched. Under the unified deployment of China State Railway Group Co., Ltd., China Railway Express Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as China Railway Express) gives full play to the advantages of high-speed rail network operation, safety and speed, actively adapts to market demand, optimizes the allocation of transportation capacity resources, and provides more high-quality and efficient railway express services for the people.
The first is to put in sufficient capacity. Every day, more than 1,350 high-speed rail passenger-carrying EMUs are arranged to use the surplus space of carriages and high-speed rail express cabinets to store express mail, more than 50 EMUs with express reserved carriages, 40 high-speed rail confirmed trains that run early in the morning, have no passengers and can be loaded with express mail, and 2 high-speed rail express trains from Kunming to Chengdu are arranged to carry out high-speed rail express services; 260 general-speed passenger trains are arranged to carry express mail by luggage cars every day, and 8 express freight trains with a maximum speed of 160 kilometers per hour are arranged every day on the Beijing-Guangzhou, Beijing-Shanghai, Shanghai-Shenzhen, Zhejiang-Guangzhou and other trunk railways to carry out general-speed railway express services. In Changzhou, Wuxi, Zhenjiang and other high-speed rail stations to increase the express business, the national railway to handle express business reached 405 stations, including 310 high-speed rail business stations.
The second is to optimize express products. On the basis of providing services such as "same-day delivery, next-day delivery", "batch delivery, special demand delivery", "direct package delivery, batch special offer", etc., the innovative launch of "high-speed rail express delivery" adopts the method of immediate receipt, immediate transportation and immediate delivery, and takes the high-speed rail passenger-carrying EMU train as the main trunk line capacity between major cities in China, and efficiently connects and sends it to the delivery riders at both ends of the same city to ensure shipment and timeliness, so as to achieve "staying at home, placing orders on WeChat applets, and delivering door-to-door on the same day within 4 hours". For transportation needs with high safety requirements, we provide "high-speed rail delivery" service, which is hand-held, escorted throughout the whole process, and picked up and delivered by special vehicles, so as to better meet the differentiated and personalized logistics needs of customers.
The third is to improve service quality. Optimize the customer service system, deepen the "total to general" cooperation with leading enterprises in e-commerce, express logistics, manufacturing and other industries, and build an integrated service model of full logistics, transportation, warehousing and distribution. The railway network freight logistics platform is used to provide the whole process of "door-to-door" logistics services with railway trunk transportation as the main body and highway pick-up and delivery as the auxiliary. We will continue to do a good job in the "fixed temperature" of the pharmaceutical cold chain, the "regular delivery" of temperature-controlled goods, and the "cold and fresh" express service of the food cold chain, and launch the "special medical delivery" service to effectively ensure the timeliness and quality of logistics. Take the initiative to go deep into the agricultural product market, and provide full "door-to-door" railway express services for special, fresh and seasonal products such as Guyuan beef and mutton, Nanchang yellow croaker, etc., to help rural revitalization.
