According to the classification of the scale of water supply projects in the main business of water supply, the Provincial Water Affairs Group actively explored and adapted measures to local conditions, and took the lead in formulating the "Guiding Opinions on Promoting the Property Management Service of Rural Water Supply Projects of Jiangxi Water Affairs Group (Trial Version)", which clarified the content of large-scale water supply, small centralized water supply and decentralized water supply three types of property management services, explored the new format of property management services for rural water supply projects, and effectively achieved safe water supply "full area, full staff, full coverage".
