1. The case of Liu Moujun, the main person in charge of Hunan Zhaoyu Energy Saving Technology Co., Ltd., failing to perform his duties in production safety management
On August 2, law enforcement officers of the Emergency Management Bureau of Wangcheng District, Changsha City, conducted a law enforcement inspection of Hunan Zhaoyu Energy Saving Technology Co., Ltd. and found that Liu Moujun, the main person in charge of the company, had not established and implemented the safety production responsibility system for all employees of the unit; Failure to organize the formulation and implementation of the unit's safety production education and training plan; Failure to supervise and inspect the safety production work of the unit and failure to eliminate the hidden dangers of production safety accidents in a timely manner violates Article 21 (1), (3) and (5) of the "Work Safety Law". In accordance with the provisions of Article 94, Paragraph 1 of the "Work Safety Law", the Wangcheng District Emergency Management Bureau ordered it to rectify within a time limit and imposed an administrative penalty of a fine of 30,000 yuan.
2. Case of Long Moumin, general manager of Ningxiang Tengda Gas Co., Ltd., failing to perform safety production management duties
On April 21, the law enforcement officers of the Ningxiang Emergency Management Bureau conducted a law enforcement inspection on Ningxiang Tengda Gas Co., Ltd. and found that the company's operating procedures were not specific enough and there were no measures to deal with abnormal working conditions; No pressure control measures on site; The outlet valve and discharge flange of the gas cabinet are seriously corroded; The standby high-pressure drying system is seriously corroded; The problem of non-standard flange crossing of valves such as gas cabinets. After investigation, the company's safety officer Liu had reported the above hidden dangers to Long Moumin, the person in charge of the unit, in February, but Long Moumin did not perform his safety production management duties, and did not arrange special personnel and special funds to eliminate the hidden dangers of production safety accidents in a timely manner. Long Moumin's behavior violated Article 21 (5) of the "Work Safety Law", and according to the provisions of Article 94, Paragraph 1 of the "Work Safety Law", the Ningxiang City Emergency Management Bureau ordered him to rectify within a time limit and imposed an administrative penalty of a fine of 30,000 yuan.
3. Case of Peng Mousheng, the main person in charge of Guiyang County Shunfa Lead and Zinc Mining Co., Ltd., failing to perform his duties of safety production management

5. Case of failure of the main person in charge of Yangwan Tuan Mining Area of Huaihua Kaicheng Mining Co., Ltd. to perform safety production management duties
On August 30, the law enforcement officers of Huaihua City, together with the County Emergency Management Bureau, conducted a law enforcement inspection of the Yangwan Group Mining Area of Baiyanao Gold Mine of Huaihua Kaicheng Mining Co., Ltd., and found that Lin Moubin, the main person in charge of the company, failed to supervise and inspect the safety production work of the unit and eliminate the hidden dangers of safety accidents in a timely manner, violating Article 21 (5) of the "Safety Production Law". 6. Case of Huang Mouhua, the main person in charge of Hunan Huashang Technology Co., Ltd., failing to perform his duties in production safety management

7. The case of Yang, the main person in charge of Yueyang Zhongzhuo Steel Structure Thermal Technology Co., Ltd., failing to perform safety production management duties
