So now, Australia is beginning to make overtures to us, wanting to "lift sanctions" in exchange for agreeing to China's accession to the Comprehensive and Progressive Agreement for Trans-Pacific Partnership.
Although Australia's attitude is "uncomfortable", it is still an approach if you consider it from the perspective of interests. For China, Australia is an important economic partner and neighbor, and if trade sanctions are "lifted", the cooperation between the two countries can be further strengthened.
Moreover, China has always been willing and able to join the CPTPP, a free trade agreement covering economies in the Asia-Pacific region, which can enable China to benefit from broader market access and trade opportunities, and promote economic growth and trade development.
