The project integrates the structure and skin with the porosity gradient, which continues to enhance as it rises, creating a different atmosphere across the entire height of the project. Ultimately, elegance is made possible by the architecture's clever use of technology to reconcile the broader architectural and environmental complexities. It creates a hub where luxury, modernity, and sustainability come together, forming an unbreakable connection.
In order to achieve the future character of the building, the roof garden and the green roof become the new backyard that dominates our lives. The rooftop garden design transforms the rooftop helicopter landing pad into a beautiful public outdoor space, helping to create a clean environment and improve modern lifestyles. Today, in-city planting is widely recognized as a way to improve air quality and reduce overall heat, but lack of space and high land prices make it difficult to increase the number of parks and natural spaces. This is where rooftop gardens came into being and why rooftop gardens have become increasingly popular in recent years, especially in larger and more developed cities. The rooms offer great views and a smart and fast way to enjoy a quiet retreat in the heart of the city. But in addition to the decorative advantages, there are many other impressive and important advantages to building a roof garden. Happiness, improved air quality, waste reduction, efficient use of rainwater, energy efficiency, urban agriculture, noise reduction, wildlife.
In the coming decades of human life, it is worth mentioning that public buildings create much-needed nodes that enable people to gather, live and reposition in the surrounding urban environment. They provide an important resting place for the pace of urban life and create a rejuvenating experience for residents. The space we encounter in it is formed by place. The purity of these places is hidden in things like buildings. • If space offers the possibility of movement, then place creates pause. The structure and envelope system are interconnected with organizational, spatial and site issues to produce clear formal strategies and aesthetic qualities that are ultimately appreciated by the viewer as elegant.
The design tries to create a space where residents can take a break from their daily routines and hectic stressful lives. It tries to create connections within it, promote social connections and connect residents with the inside and outside.
By adopting the courtyard concept in the old houses of the city (vernacular architecture), we are keen to reflect this feature in the design of the podium for commercial use, as this feature is visually highly interactive on the upper floors (courtyard concept) with floors and social spaces located on the ground floor and beautiful internal landscape.
In behalf of sustainability and energy consumption, we are using a double-layered facade. This space acts as insulation against extreme temperatures, winds, and sound, improving the building's thermal efficiency for both high and low temperatures.
