In the Jiangxi Army Lecture Hall, Nie Heting joined Ye Ting's Independent Regiment, reunited with his friend Zhang Zizhen, and formed an indissoluble bond with the Communist Party of China. This marked the beginning of his revolutionary career, in which he threw himself into the Nanchang Uprising and lived a guerrilla life with Zhu De and Chen Yi. In the process, he gradually rose to prominence and became Su Yu's boss. The two old friends worked closely together on the revolutionary road, laying the foundation for future friendship and cooperation.
Throwing his pen from Rong, applying for the Jiangxi Army Lecture Hall, and becoming Zhu De's teacher and student was another important turning point for Nie Heting. However, Nie's career has not been smooth sailing. He later went to work in the northeast and accepted a number of important positions, including commander of the Songjiang Military Region and commander of the Northern Liaoning Military Region. However, due to a job transfer, he broke his promise with Chairman Mao and finally gave up participating in the New Fourth Army. This decision shows his commitment and principles, even if it may cause setbacks in his career.
Nie Heting's persistence was finally recognized. He joined the armored corps, and although he was dissatisfied with the promotion of military ranks, he was eventually promoted through Luo Ronghuan's advice. This moment marked the pinnacle of his career, and he became the founding lieutenant general and made outstanding contributions to the growth and modernization of our army.
In Nie's later years, he displayed qualities of generosity and benevolence. He actively supported the families of the martyrs and helped them overcome difficulties, which demonstrated his concern and support for his comrades and their families. This quality made him highly respected and a role model in our army.
