Just as the general was about to end the evil dragon's sinful life, suddenly, the sky was covered with dark clouds, lightning and thunder, and the Heavenly Emperor appeared. It turned out that this evil dragon was a divine beast under the Heavenly Emperor Throne, responsible for ruling and managing the waters of the Songhua River. From then on, the dragon was trapped in a water prison and never escaped. On the night of the full moon, it roars with mourn, and the water prison churns the waves. But no matter how much it struggles, it cannot escape the shackles of chains and water prisons.
The story of Longtan Mountain and Water Prison is passed down in this way. Today, the water prison is one of the most attractive attractions of Longtanshan Park, and many tourists come to see it. The water in the water cell is crystal clear, and the fish in the water are free.
