The overall design of the building is a courtyard with white walls and gray tiles, dotted with wood-colored pillars in the traditional Chinese courtyard style.
The overall layout is in the form of a triad, with the main building designing a living room, a tea room, entertainment room and public toilet on the west side, and a master bedroom on the east side with an independent bathroom and cloakroom. The east side is close to the road, so the secondary entrance is designed between the east wing and the main building. The east wing is used as a storage room, and the west wing is designed as a kitchen and dining room.
