Three adjutants under the legendary Zhang Xueliang

Zhang Xueliang is a legendary figure in modern Chinese history, he was the leader of the Northeast Army and once wielded huge power. And beside him, there were three outstanding adjutants, each of the elites, who accompanied him through difficult years.

In the cold winter of 1936, Zhang Xueliang was imprisoned by Chiang Kai-shek, and since then he has bid farewell to the historical stage and left behind more than 200,000 Northeast Army. Later, these Northeast armies were absorbed by Chiang Kai-shek, and many people did not want to be controlled by him and fled, including Zhang Xueliang's three lieutenants.

First of all, it was the youngest adjutant beside Zhang Xueliang, who was originally the youngest regiment commander of the Northeast Army, and later resolutely resisted the Japanese and became a founding lieutenant general. During the Northeast Army period, he was a very vigorous and determined young general, because he was born in Jilin and studied in Japan in his early years. After returning to China, he immediately joined the Northeast Army and became the captain of the Tianjin Security Corps. After the outbreak of the Anti-Japanese War, he actively participated in anti-Japanese activities and was eventually promoted to lieutenant general, becoming an important general during the Chinese Anti-Japanese War.

Secondly, he was the adjutant who assisted Han Xianchu in liberating Hainan in one fell swoop, and also became the first major general of the founding country. He was originally the captain of the Tianjin Municipal Public Security Bureau, but in the Tianjin Incident on November 8, 1931, he fought against violent elements with other public security bureau captains, and although he was forced to remove himself by the Japanese, this experience made him realize the Communist Party and began to secretly engage in party affairs. During his tenure in the Northeast Army, he came to Zhang Xueliang through recommendation and made great contributions to the victory of the Anti-Japanese War. After the victory of the Second Sino-Japanese War, he became the first major general of the founding country and was invited to serve as a special adviser to the Vietnamese side.

Finally, he is the only founding general among them, and the highest ranking among the generals of the Northeast Army. He lived longer than Zhang Xueliang, living to the age of 106. His life can be described as "legendary", he came from Mukden High School, then studied in Japan, later joined the Northeast Army and has always served the party and the people. He performed brilliantly on the battlefield to resist US aggression and aid Korea, became a well-known general at home and abroad, and his achievements were also praised and affirmed by Chairman Mao.

The life stories of these three adjutants are legendary, and their choices and determination show the grace of that extraordinary era. With their courage and wisdom, they made great contributions to the War of Resistance Against Japanese Aggression and the victory of the Chinese Revolution.

They are the three lieutenants under the legendary Zhang Xueliang, and their stories are deeply moving, and their bravery and sacrifice will always be remembered. Whether in the war of the past or in the current peacetime, we should remember these heroic generals who brought us light and hope and set an example for us. Their stories make us understand that only by not forgetting our original intention can we forge ahead courageously and overcome all difficulties and challenges. Their spirit will inspire us and make us more determined to go to future victories!
