Jin Xiaoyan, Secretary of the Party Committee and Director of the Liquan County Bureau of Justice, interpreted the risk points in the section of the Environmental Protection Law of the People's Republic of China on administrative responsibility for environmental pollution.
Zhang Lingjun, member of the leading party group and deputy procurator general of the Liquan Procuratorate, interpreted the environmental responsibility part of the Environmental Protection Law of the People's Republic of China and the Interpretations of the Supreme People's Court and the Supreme People's Procuratorate on Several Issues Concerning the Application of Law in the Handling of Criminal Cases of Environmental Pollution, on the identification of seepage wells, seepage pits and hidden pipes.
Liu Xiaoting, member of the leading party group and vice president of Liquan Court, interpreted the criminal punishment of the Criminal Law of the People's Republic of China for the crime of environmental pollution and the crime of damaging environmental resources, as well as the risk points such as compensation for ecological environment damage and unit crime.
