In school, teachers are not allowed to play with paper. But school rules can't stop children from playing, and children often bring cigarette packs and cardboard to school in violation of the law. At that time, elementary schools were not fenced (nor were rural middle schools), and during recess, especially during lunch breaks, children would flock to the dry fields behind the school or play paper on the road next to the school.
