On October 17th, Beijing Electric Power Equipment General Factory Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as Jingdian Equipment) held a grand hydrogen energy equipment development forum and 1500 standard alkaline electrolyzer press conference. More than 30 enterprise users, scientific research institutes, leaders and experts of universities and government departments, industry associations were specially invited to attend the event, and company leaders and heads of relevant departments attended the event.
Yang Yuemin, deputy secretary of the party committee, general manager, secretary of the party committee and chairman of the board of directors of China Energy Equipment, pointed out in his speech that the company in accordance with the development requirements of "three new" energy construction, based on "one center, two support points", around the "two integration" core product manufacturing and system integration, actively promote the development of core equipment in the field of hydrogen energy, and has successfully developed high-power alkaline electrolyzers and complete sets of hydrogen production system equipment. The company will continue to carry out technical research on key indicators such as safety, reliability, flexibility and low energy consumption of hydrogen production systems to promote the high-quality development of the hydrogen energy industry.
At the new product launch ceremony, Yang Yuemin announced that the company's 1500 standard alkaline electrolyzer was officially rolled off the line. The designed hydrogen production of the electrolyzer is 1500 standard square meters per hour, and under rated working conditions, the DC energy consumption is 4.3 kWh per standard square of hydrogen, and the maximum hydrogen production can reach 2000 standard square meters per hour.
Subsequently, representatives of the company, Tsinghua Sichuan Energy Internet Research Institute, Peking University, Electric Power Planning and Design Institute, and North China Electric Power University made keynote reports entitled "Development of Hydrogen Production Equipment for Electrolyzed Water", "Development of High-power Fully Control Hydrogen Production Power Supply Products", "Standards and Detection Exploration of Stable Transient Characteristics Testing of Large-scale Electric Hydrogen Production Equipment", "Hydrogen Energy Conversion Materials and Technology", "Implementation Path for Promoting the Diversified Application of Hydrogen Energy", "Construction of Mainland Green Hydrogen Supply System and Some Thoughts". Combined with hydrogen energy technology and equipment manufacturing, the status quo of hydrogen production standard system, hydrogen electric conversion materials and technologies, and the development prospects of hydrogen energy industry chain, this paper expounds.
Jingdian Equipment will take the hydrogen energy equipment development forum and new product release conference as a new starting point, relying on the hydrogen production technology of electrolyzed water and the 8 MW-level alkaline electrolysis water hydrogen production test and testing platform, and continue to carry out the development of safe, reliable, flexible and efficient hydrogen production system equipment. At present, Jingdian equipment can provide 2~2000 standard alkaline electrolyzed water hydrogen production equipment and services with low energy consumption, high dynamic response and wide range load regulation characteristics.
