Use colors and statistics to compose the music of life

If you ask me why I love this book,

Then my reason is that I fell in love with its appearance.

The authors of this book are two visual designers – Georgia & Stephanie,

The content presented in the book is a postcard of two cute designs.

That's right, they are a pair of pen pals~

Use colors and statistics to compose the music of life

One is an Italian lady living in the United States.

One is an American lady living in London.

They live 6,000 kilometers apart.

But......

They have similar life experiences.

It's like living in parallel worlds with each other.

Every week they draw up a topic and send each other a postcard.

Every star film is carefully designed by them,

Documenting and showing their lives in the form of data,

One year,

The 52-week postcard is what we see as Dear Data.

The data presented in the book is, of course, not our traditional tables.

It's a feast for the eyes.

Week 1, the topic of discussion is about the use of time,

So a time usage is displayed on the "clock".

Very shocking~

Week 24, the topic of discussion is about space,

So a world full of all kinds of strange doors appeared on postcards,

Tedious, sparse and crazy // crazy.

Week 47, the topic of discussion is aroma,

Two people invariably use different colors to represent the smell,

But the way of presentation is different~

Week 48, the week of eavesdropping,

What does eavesdropping look like, and how would you describe it if you were asked to express it?

The recording of data makes us need to observe life more attentively.

It allows us to discover details that we have never noticed before,

After a year of recording, the lives of the two authors have also changed subtly.

52 weeks of postcards, but also conversations with 52 life issues,

How is your life now?

Let's try opening "Dear Data" and exploring life with the author~
