Li Yanhong said that this is the most powerful Wenxin large model so far, compared with the basic model, its understanding, generation, logic and memory ability have been significantly improved, and the comprehensive level is no less than GPT-4.
In the live demonstration, Li Yanhong wrote a martial arts novel with Wenxin 4.0, showing his powerful memory ability.
Li Yanhong combined the generated content of the fourth and fifth rounds with the framework of the first round of novels, and Wen Xin still "remembered" the original generated content, which Li said demonstrated the memory ability of Wen Xin Big Model 4.0.
It is reported that this version of the large model is first open to the audience for testing, and then will gradually open the public test in front of the whole network.
In addition, Baidu also embedded the Wenxin model into Baidu Map.
Robin Li announced at the conference that Baidu Map is the world's first AI native map product, realizing thousands of service API interfaces in one step and becoming an AI guide for users. According to its introduction, Baidu Map integrates the ability of Wen Xin with the unique billion-level POI knowledge and trillion-level traffic perception of the map, and can call at any time to recommend intermediate meeting points, travel methods and other content for users.
Baidu Map App is simultaneously launched version 19.0.0, providing travel-related services such as intelligent route planning and navigation, location query, and smart tourism, and supports new interactive modes such as global voice interaction and AR real scene navigation.
Robin Li also introduced China's first generative business intelligence product, Baidu GBI. According to reports, Baidu GBI has the ability to support natural language interaction, cross-database analysis and professional knowledge learning, shortening the data analysis work that business analysts can complete in a dozen days to minutes.
Li Yanhong said that in the past year, the biggest innovation in the field of science and technology has been the emergence of intelligence brought by large models, which is the basis for developing AI native applications. Li Yanhong pointed out that the native application of AI is an application developed based on the understanding, generation, logic and memory capabilities of large models. These capabilities are not available in past eras, thus opening up unlimited space for innovation.
