Specimen handling

The specimen is processed in accordance with the GB/T 10739 standard, that is, it is balanced for more than 24 hours in an environment of relative humidity (50±2)% and temperature 23±1°C, and then weighed. The principle of fast box weight measurement

A large number of experimental data show that the moisture content of the carton is about 8% after the standard temperature and humidity environment is fully balanced, and the dry weight of the carton is unchanged. Therefore, we only need to measure the weight and moisture content of the unwarmed and wet balance carton, and we can calculate the true weight of the carton.

Measurement tools

Electronic balances, ovens or digital infrared moisture testers with an accuracy of more than 1 gram. The oven can be used to test the moisture content of the carton, but it still takes 1 hour of test time. The digital infrared moisture tester can instantly read out the moisture content of the carton, and its accuracy can reach more than 1%, which can fully meet the needs of accurate moisture detection.

Measurement method

1. Three cartons are randomly selected from a batch of cartons as test samples.

2. Weigh the box weights of the three samples separately and take the average value. The measured value is the reference weight, expressed in Mc, in "grams".
