Recently, the Baigoulin photovoltaic power generation project in Qiaojia County, with an installed capacity of 200 MW, has successfully achieved grid-connected power generation.
Baigoulin photovoltaic power generation project is located in the southwest of Hongtu Village, Laodian Town, Qiaojia County, with a total investment of about 1.1 billion yuan. The project construction overcomes difficulties such as high cold, strong wind, high altitude, etc., realizes 100% localization of electrical equipment, modules, inverters and other equipment adopt the latest products of domestic first-line brands, and the power generation efficiency of photovoltaic system is at the leading level in the industry. After the completion of the project, it is expected that the average annual on-grid electricity will be 370 million kWh, which can save 112,200 tons of standard coal and reduce carbon dioxide emissions by 308,000 tons per year, which is of great significance to the province to promote the strategy of strengthening the province with green energy.
Baigoulin photovoltaic power generation project is a key project of the national "14th Five-Year Plan", invested and constructed by Three Gorges Group Yunnan Energy Investment Company, and is the largest single photovoltaic project that has been put into operation and connected to the grid at the national demonstration base for wind, solar and water storage integration in the lower reaches of the Jinsha River (Yunnan side).
