Residents: Two kilometers of road repairs stopped
In April this year, "Ask Beijing" (Beijing News Broadcast News Hotline 65159063) reported that a number of residents living in Majuqiao Town, Tongzhou District, reported that a two-kilometer-long road near the residential area of the logistics base began construction in 2020 and was originally planned to be completed in 10 months, but it is still under construction this year. After the report was broadcast, the road has been basically completed and the transportation facilities have been improved, but residents have reported that this section of the road has not yet been opened to traffic.

Majuqiao Logistics Base residential area is located in the south of Liangshui River in Majuqiao Town, Tongzhou District, north of the South Sixth Ring Road, there is a road between the residential area and Liangshui River called Xingmao North Street, from November 2020, Xingmao North Street Rongshang 5th Road to Dongchi Road section began construction, scheduled to be completed in August 2021.
However, when the "Ask Beijing" reporter visited on March 29 this year, the construction fence along the road had not been removed, the internal road surface of the fence was smooth, the green belt was covered with green covers, and some bare pipelines were exposed. Residents expressed dissatisfaction with the construction progress of this two-kilometer road, and at that time, resident Mr. Wang "detailed" the reasons for the suspension of the road for more than two years to the "Ask Beijing" reporter at the scene:

Management Committee: The plan will also be revised
Regarding the reason for the road stoppage at that time, the "Ask Beijing" reporter consulted the staff of the management committee of the Majuqiao Town Logistics Base at that time, and the other party replied that they were still adjusting the traffic engineering design plan:
Property Management Committee: The previous delay was delayed in the municipal traffic management bureau, and it has not been approved, and it has been coordinated several times, and it has only been approved recently. Now they have been informed to enter the site, people have to renew that according to the drawings, after the completion of the construction drawings.
Municipal Traffic Management Bureau: Opinions have no licensing effect
Earlier, the "Ask Beijing" reporter also contacted the Beijing Municipal Public Security Bureau Public Security Traffic Management Bureau to verify the situation, and Officer Wang replied that the "traffic engineering design plan review" is a consulting service project provided by them, but the opinion does not have the effect of permitting and does not determine whether construction can be carried out. There were problems with the previous design of this section, and the design unit also needed to modify the drawings:
Officer Wang: There are many problems in the first review, and there are still many problems after the second adjustment; The third time was on March 24th, helped him go through the drawing again, and found that there was basically no problem, and the design unit was currently changing the drawing.
Resident: Nothing moving again
Recently, the staff of the Beijing Municipal Traffic Management Bureau once again gave a written reply saying that Beijing Golden Maju Development and Construction Co., Ltd. declared the road engineering traffic engineering design plan for this section on March 6 this year, and the traffic management bureau has passed it, and the drawings and opinions have been taken away by the reporting unit on May 18. The "Ask Beijing" reporter also contacted Mr. Wang, a resident, to inquire about the progress of the road, and the other party said that after the previous report was broadcast, workers had already come to the scene to mark the road in the summer. But three months later, it has become a situation where there is neither construction nor news of opening to traffic:

Resident: A new problem has arisen

Residents Mr. Wang and Mr. Li told Ask Beijing that according to information from the resident group, the road was stalled for three months without movement because a new problem had arisen:

I called 12345, and someone from the Economic and Technological Development Zone Construction Bureau contacted me and said that we were over-budgeting and were now adjusting the budget. Development and Construction Bureau: Facility upgrades exceed budget
So, what exactly is the reason for this shutdown? The reporter "Ask Beijing" contacted the Economic Development and Development Bureau to verify the situation, and the staff who knew the progress of the road project replied that because the investment in road transportation facilities exceeded the budget, verification and liquidation are currently underway:
Economic Development Zone: At present, a project situation statement issued by the construction unit is that the transportation facilities originally planned for our road have been upgraded and changed, so the funds have exceeded the budget, and the relevant departments are now checking and liquidating.
Road construction unit: There is still work to be promoted
The staff member did not give a clear answer as to when the road would open to traffic. "Ask Beijing" reporter also consulted the Majuqiao Town Government Office, Planning Section, Logistics Base Management Committee and other departments, among which the road construction unit Logistics Base Management Committee, that is, the restructured Beijing Golden Maju Development and Construction Co., Ltd. staff replied that the construction process of this road is indeed more tortuous. At present, in addition to the work that requires capital accounting, the proposal of several communities on the south side of the road to increase the entrance and exit of the direct passage road has also delayed the progress of the road opening to traffic:

So when will this road that residents have been waiting for for more than two years be opened to traffic? The staff member replied:
