This year's National Day holiday is long, and my daughter asked me to take her to Ejina Banner in Inner Mongolia to see the poplars a week in advance. I regretfully told her that it was going to be next year, because the three-fire operation area had reached a critical period for annual repair.
Three years ago, when my daughter was a sophomore, she experienced the desert scenery of the motherland through the media and saw the beauty of the poplar forest. During the summer vacation, we looked up the introduction of Hu Yang on the Internet together, and for it "live, a thousand years of immortality; Death, a thousand years without falling; poured, a thousand years of immortality" trait. My daughter and I agreed to see the most beautiful poplars in the motherland on National Day. But on the National Day of that year, it was the annual repair of the operation area, in order to ensure the quality of equipment maintenance and ensure that the sintering machine could travel stably and smoothly after annual repair, as a process engineer, I stuck to my post and fought for 8 consecutive days, and missed the opportunity to accompany my daughter to see Hu Yang. After that, her daughter's studies became increasingly heavy, and the date of seeing Hu Yang dragged on again and again.
This year, the daughter went to work and became an honorable teacher of the people. She and I agreed that we would go to see Hu Yang on National Day this year, and when I came back, I would talk to the students about the spirit of Hu Yang. Unfortunately, the annual repair of our operation area is scheduled for National Day. After the start of the annual study, I was planning to work in the unit platoon, and suddenly received a call from my daughter, who told me excitedly: "Today, I told the students about the spirit of Hu Yang - 'hard work, self-improvement, rooted in the grassroots, willing to contribute'. I said, "You're wrong, it's rooted in the frontier, not at the grassroots." My daughter smiled and said to me: "That's right, I'm talking about the poplars around me, my dear father." ”

October 1, 2017 is an unforgettable day for me and my apprentices.
At 6 o'clock in the morning, I received a call from the plate ironmaking plant, the failure of the high-voltage electrical cabinet of the 265 sintering machine has caused the system to stop, I immediately led the 7 employees of the electrical equipment installation class to rush to the repair site, and did not have time to eat lunch, racing against time to work continuously. We replaced the current transformer, made a high-voltage cable gland, installed and debugged, and successfully completed the task after 9 hours of fighting.
At 4 p.m., I received another phone call that the relevant departments required that one set of high-voltage electrical and ten sets of low-voltage electrical systems must be completed on the same day. Just returned to the unit, I didn't even care to drink a sip of water, and immediately called the members of the electrical commissioning team to rush to the site, time is tight, the task is heavy, we overcome the difficulties such as complex operating conditions on site, and finally completed the commissioning at 8 pm, and the system was successfully commissioned.
I thought that the busy day was coming to an end, but unexpectedly, an important electrical system of a factory and mine suddenly failed, and asked Bengang for help. This time, I led the second shift of electrical equipment installation and the thermal instrument class to the site as soon as possible, and worked until the early morning of October 2, laying a total of more than 3,000 meters of cables, and successfully restoring more than 20 sets of systems.
The National Day is not only a busy and hard day for me and my apprentices, but also an exciting day, because we have successfully escorted the company's production with our skills, and presented our mother's birthday in our own unique way at work.
A "thrilling and risk-free" National Day duty

The system service division where I am located is mainly responsible for the production of Pangang units, the maintenance of office information systems and equipment, and provides IT technical support for the stable and smooth production of each unit.
I remember the National Day in 2022, I was on duty as usual. At 2 o'clock in the morning of the same day, the operation and maintenance monitoring system "integrated intelligent operation and maintenance platform" of the duty room suddenly alarmed, and my heart instantly mentioned my throat. Through preliminary inspection, it was found that the telegram communication of the steelmaking regional network, MES system, and production and marketing system at the same time caused poor communication of production message information, and if it was not disposed of in time, it would have a serious impact on the production in the region.
In an emergency, my colleagues and I immediately organized on-duty O&M experts such as network, database, and application systems to consult and work together to troubleshoot problems. As time passed, the location of the fault became clearer. After 15 minutes, the switch where we located the access layer of the relevant area was blocked, so we immediately activated the emergency plan, and the danger was eliminated in less than 30 minutes.
Although a year has passed, the tense scene of checking and troubleshooting at that time is still vividly remembered. Another year of National Day, my colleagues and I were on duty as usual, sticking to our posts to ensure the stable operation of the IT infrastructure and information systems of each production base.
Solving puzzles makes the holiday more meaningful

I am the production team leader of the western district in the filtration operation area of the Qi Dashan mineral processing plant. I have been working for more than 20 years and have too many unforgettable National Day memories.
It was National Day 2016. That year, the production problem of high concentration of slurry in the on-site concentration shaft has been plaguing us. During the National Day holiday, the staff complained to me about the high concentration of slurry in the concentrated well, and I secretly decided to take advantage of the holiday time to solve this problem. That evening, I began to research a solution to the problem, and in the dead of night, alone and meditating, a bold idea suddenly came to my mind - if the overflow flow of the underflow pump was stripped from the mine tank and fed directly into the mixing tank, this problem could be solved.
After I reported my idea to the work area, I agreed to it and immediately organized its implementation. After the implementation of the program, the load of the concentration well has been effectively reduced. The master smiled and said to me: "Yuzi, the pressure has become less!" "I am very pleased to hear this, and I feel that this National Day is too meaningful.
Over the years, I have been on the production line, and many National Day days have been spent in the factory with my co-workers, everyone studying various technical problems together, and working for a day is very fulfilling. As an Angang person, I believe that as long as each of us works hard, the enterprise will definitely get better and better.

I remember a night shift on National Day five years ago.
At the time, I was working in the finishing speed post. Through the camera, I noticed that there was some faint smoke at the scene. At first, the smoke was not very noticeable, but as the two strips finished rolling, the white smoke increased significantly. I decisively notified the furnace post to stop the billet and stop the operation of the finishing mill, and notified the equipment personnel to conduct an inspection together.
When we checked the transmission side of the finishing F6 rolling mill, we finally found the source of thick smoke, it turned out that the roll bearing box was locked and caused the production of thick smoke, fortunately it was found in time, if the production continued is likely to cause fire and burn the equipment. Thinking of this, I couldn't help but have mixed feelings, and I felt that my perseverance in the festival had meaning.
Although my position is ordinary, but the responsibilities are extraordinary, I want to use a more refined working attitude to ensure the normal production of the rolling line, and forge loyalty and responsibility with the fire enthusiasm of love and dedication.
